Who it fits
For small teams doing important administrative work.
Healthcare practices
Clarify the administrative path around requests, follow-up, ownership, and status—without sharing patient information.
Legal and records teams
Map the operational steps used to request, track, follow up on, and receive records without providing case documents.
Growing administrative teams
Turn a process that lives in one person’s head into a workflow the whole team can understand and improve.
How it works
Clear from the first conversation.
The information boundary is confirmed before the engagement begins and remains in place through delivery.
Confirm the fit
We define one administrative workflow and confirm that the review can be completed without PHI, records, credentials, or system access.
Map what happens
In a structured working session, your team talks through roles, handoffs, follow-up, and status visibility using non-sensitive examples.
Leave with a plan
You receive a clear workflow map, the highest-priority friction points, and practical next steps your team can own.
Scope before access
Vera Point is not accepting PHI under this offer.
The current service is intentionally designed around process descriptions—not patient, member, employee, or case information. If an engagement would require Vera Point to create, receive, maintain, or transmit PHI, it is outside the current offer and must stop for separate legal, privacy, security, and Business Associate review.
View the full scope and BA positionThe Vera Point approach
Built close to the work.
Vera Point is a founder-led workflow advisory informed by hands-on experience in legal records operations and the everyday reality of follow-up-heavy administrative work.
The goal is not to make a process look impressive. It is to make ownership, handoffs, and next actions understandable enough for a real team to use.
Vera Point does not represent itself as a law firm, healthcare provider, records custodian, security assessor, or HIPAA certifying body.
Questions, answered plainly
Before you inquire.
Will Vera Point review patient records or screenshots?
No. The Workflow Clarity Review does not require or accept patient records, screenshots containing identifiable information, request logs, case files, or EHR access.
Is this a HIPAA compliance assessment?
No. It is an administrative workflow advisory—not a legal opinion, security risk analysis, HIPAA certification, or guarantee of compliance.
What can we use during the review?
Written process descriptions, blank templates, role titles, generic scenarios, and aggregate non-identifiable timing or volume information are usually enough.
What if our project requires PHI access?
That project is outside this offer. Do not send the information. The work pauses so your organization can complete an appropriate legal, privacy, security, and Business Associate review.
Request a fit check
Tell us about the process—not the people in it.
Describe the administrative bottleneck in general terms. Do not include names, dates of birth, diagnoses, record numbers, case details, screenshots, attachments, or other sensitive information.
